I am not sure if this problem is with Domino or with the PDF file but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Basically, I have a Domino application that stores thousands of PDF files. These files contain OCR text and a scanned image. I can copy this text using Copy & Paste using Acrobat. However, when try to use Domino to FT search these PDF files no results are returned. Domino is not indexing or searching the attached PDF documents.

I tried using Domino to search other PDF files, eg. http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/today.nsf/a2535b4ba6b4d13f85256c59006bd67d/d336c0e7f506154185256c770052123a?OpenDocument

And Domino works just fine with the above PDF file. Searching returns the correct results.

Another example is if I convert a Web Page to PDF, then perform a search on this file - it fails.

Any ideas? BTW I tested this in R5 & R6.
